We called for emergency service on a late Sunday morning, and Mark and his son came over that very afternoon to fix a terrible situation with our washer (which was screwed up by Sears technicians twice now!). He was knowledgeable and prepared – and had us safely using our washer in less than an hour. Very reasonably priced too, especially since it was last minute on a Sunday. VERY IMPRESSED AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I had Mark out to fix a bunch of small issues — my gas oven was not heating properly and needed leveling, my garbage disposal was malfunctioning, and my dishwasher wasn’t getting the top shelf clean and he managed to fix all despite the shoddy installation work the builders of my condo performed. Unfortunately, the initial dishwasher fixing didn’t quite work (there was no way to know that at the time) but Mark made a point to work around my schedule to come back and fix it for no additional charge (even though it required more work than we initially thought). Even better, on the return trip, he installed a widespread sink system I had purchased to replace a broken bathroom set at no additional charge. Mark was really nice, respectful of my property and time, and determined to make sure he did right by me. All my appliances are back in working order, and I saved myself from having to bring in a plumber.

They came to my house the same day. The man Mark was very nice and was very cheap.

I had a service technician arrive on a Friday night to repair our refrigerator. I was happy to have them here on such short notice! Very pleasant, efficient and had the part that needed replacement available in the truck. I highly recommend this company and look forward to using them again.

Marc is one of the most knowledgeable and efficient professionals you will meet. He was able to come to our house on the very day our GE Profile fridge broke. He was able to provide a temporary fix so we did not lose all of our just purchased food. The very next night he came back with the parts at 7PM and stayed until the job was done.
I would recommend Marc to anyone who need s a knowledgeable mechanic. In addition he could have made another sale when asked about an issue with my dryer but he advised me not to fix it, as it wasn’t cost effective for the dryer’s worth!
